1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Subject of Consent
Hereby, the data subject (hereinafter — the "User") gives their free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of their personal data by the Representative Office of Beauty Link Travel in Bulgaria (hereinafter — the "Controller") on the terms set out below.

This Consent is given in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Controller. The User confirms that they have read the said Policy and understand its content.

5. Compliance with legal requirements — fulfilment of obligations stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union.

Processing is carried out both with the use of automation means and without their use (mixed processing).

6. VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE CONSENT
6.1. Validity period
This Consent is valid from the moment it is given by the User and until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until the moment the Consent is withdrawn by the User.
6.2. Data storage
Personal data is processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, but no longer than is stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union.

7. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
7.1. Procedure for withdrawal
The User has the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written notice to the Controller.
7.2. Methods of sending the notice
A notice of withdrawal of consent may be sent:

• By postal address to: Ravda, 7 Laguna Str., Office 11A.

7.3. Consequences of withdrawal
After receiving the notice of withdrawal of consent, the Controller ceases the processing of personal data and destroys it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days, except in cases where processing must be continued in accordance with the law.

The User has the right:

1. Of access — to obtain confirmation of the fact of processing and a copy of their personal data;
2. To rectification — to require the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
3. To erasure — to require the erasure of data in the absence of lawful grounds for processing;
4. To restriction of processing — to require restriction of processing in certain cases;
5. To object — to object to the processing of data;
6. To data portability — to receive their data in a structured format;
7. To withdraw consent — to withdraw consent at any time.

The User confirms that they:
